Let’s paint the mountain MAVERICK MAROON! CMU students, alumni, and faculty will be joining Powderhorn on the slopes! Students can receive discounts on tickets, lessons, and rentals. CMU will set up a tent on the Sunset Deck for giveaways and fun! Keep your eyes out for Rowdy, the CMU mascot.

CMU invites other colleges to compete alongside the Mavericks in a collegiate race on Wonderbump! The Collegiate Skiing and Snowboarding Invitational brings together top student-athletes from universities across the country for a thrilling weekend of competition on the slopes. This high-energy event showcases the best in alpine and freestyle skiing, as well as snowboarding, with athletes pushing their limits in both timed races and gravity-defying tricks. The Maverick Invitational not only highlights the skill and dedication of these student-athletes but also fosters camaraderie and school spirit, as fans cheer on their teams in a celebration of athleticism, winter sports culture, and collegiate pride.
