Colorado Chef's Highlight All Things Peaches!
 

It’s all about peaches and the inventive ways in which chefs incorporate them into tasty recipes! Peach Cuisine with Colorado Chefs, sponsored by Safeway, features seven chef demonstrations that showcase culinary creations, seasonal menu items and chef personalities. This fun and mouth-watering culinary event gets underway Friday, August 12th at 4 PM at Riverbend Park. Chef demonstrations showing “easily recreated at home” to gourmet recipes using fresh Palisade peaches.

Chef demonstrations take place under the big tent on the North West end of Riverbend Park. Not only will you see a variety of dishes using peaches prepared by the chefs and pick up a few pointers from the experts about ingredients and cooking, but you will also get a chance to taste each culinary creation.  At the conclusion of each demonstration, samples of the chef’s prepared dish along with the recipe are handed out to event attendees. 

One thing is for sure, the culinary talents of our guest chefs will tempt some taste buds while entertaining the crowd at the Peach Cuisine with Colorado Chefs!  Remember “Life Tastes Good in Palisade” especially at Peach Festival!
